At RIDFORCE, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags attached. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Sale items, underwears and personalized products are non-returnable.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ridforce.co.uk for instructions.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Exchanges are processed as new orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
